The Second Annual Wisconsin Original Cheese Festival on November 5-7, 2010, celebrates the state's growing number of dairy artisans and award-winning collection of American Original cheeses. Taste hundreds of unique cow, goat and sheep milk cheeses and learn more about the reinvigoration of Wisconsin dairy during this second annual cheese festival, sponsored by Wisconsin Cheese Originals, an organization dedicated to sharing information about Wisconsin artisan cheeses and the cheesemakers who craft them.
