In 2010, three different private coach bus tours of farmstead cheese and dairy plants will kick off mid-morning and return to Madison by 4:30 p.m. Each tour will be limited to 25 attendees and will include gourmet box lunches. Tours will include cheesemaking and milk bottling demonstrations, as well as farm tours and the opportunity to milk a goat or cow. Prepare for a behind-the-scene, hands-on experience.
Saturday will offer a stunning line-up of several educational and tasting seminars at Monona Terrace, with seminars held concurrently throughout the day. Each seminar will be limited to 40-48 seats. Tickets will go on sale to members in August, 2010 and to the general public in September, 2010.
